Regular attendance of Yoga classes can provide effective symptomatic relief from the impacts of stress, and in the long run can build resilience to potentially stressful situations. This can result in improved staff wellbeing and consequently reduced staff turnover, reduced absenteeism, and improve staff loyalty while also increasing productivity.
I can offer one off classes or a more integrated wellbeing package involving access to counselling and classes or workshops.
